How do you accept credit cards?

We only accept credit cards through Paypal or Paynow.   
By using PayPal your credit card details are kept private from everyone, including us!  Paypal accept MasterCard®, Visa® and American Express® and is owned by Ebay.  Or you can use Paynow which is only available through our trademe auction site and is part of the trademe system, so its very secure also.


What Currency are the prices in?

All products are in New Zealand currency and shipped from New Zealand.


Do you ship overseas?
Sorry no, not at this time. 


How long will it take to receive my order?
If the payment is sited in our account before noon of each day, we will process and dispatch your order the same day. Normally delivery is overnight or 2 business days, rural delivery please allow 3-5 business days for of your order.


What are your shipping options?
We only use Courier Post - Track and Trace, sorry we dont have time to go to the post office for weighing items etc.. and standing in queue's.  We can use nzpost  ($1 ) for antenna booster sales only but these are only dropped in the mailbox, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery for orders sent via Standard NZ Post.


Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been sent out to you and it will include a GST Invoice for you to print and tracking numbers for the courier.


What if my item does not get delivered?
If you selected Courierpost delivery,  you will be advised of your Track & Trace consignment number and the freephone number for any queries regarding your delivery. If an item is lost, courierpost usually do a nationwide search for the item through their depos, if it is not found they will allow us to do a claim and therefore ok us to resend the item, for which they will reimburse us.  This could take up to 10 days to complete. Please note if courierpost state the item was delivered (confimed by the driver) and will not accept liability for a claim, then this is where our liability ends also.

Our GST number will be included on your paid invoice and auto sent by email once your item ships
